Terms and Conditions for eLearning Platform Usage

Welcome to The Legal Swan’s eLearning platform, Respekt. This platform provides interactive awareness on anti-sexual harassment laws and child safety through eModules for employees, managers, and IC members enrolled by us or our partner organizations/clients. Access to the platform is strictly restricted to authorized users with prior enrollment or permission.

By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Use: The platform is designed to deliver training on anti-sexual harassment laws, child safety, and workplace compliance, ensuring users gain knowledge and certification upon successful completion.
2. User Eligibility: Access is limited to employees, managers, and IC members authorized and enrolled by POSH at Work or our partner organizations/clients. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is prohibited.
3. Content Ownership: All content, including training materials, images, videos, emodules, assessments, and certifications, is the intellectual property of LegalSwan Advisory Pvt. Ltd., under the brands POSH at Work and Respekt. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without explicit permission is strictly forbidden.
4. Data Privacy: User data is securely stored on Microsoft 365 Cloud and AWS servers, complying with applicable data protection standards. We ensure confidentiality and privacy of user information at all times.
5. Completion and Certification: Users are required to complete all assigned eModules and assessments to receive certification. Certificates will only be issued to authorized and enrolled participants.
6. Platform Access: Access to the platform requires stable internet connectivity. Users are responsible for ensuring proper technical setup to complete the modules without interruption.
   
7. Liability: We are not responsible for technical issues arising from user-side connectivity.
8. Amendments: The Legal Swan reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
