The Mazgaon Shipping Dock Corporation had invited POSH at Work to conduct a full-day session for their employees. This was the second time we were engaged by them. The participants interacted with us through role plays, activities, and case scenarios and were apprised about the aspects of gender, consent, sexual harassment, and redressal mechanisms in place, along with understanding the law, filing police complaints, and relevant information about the process and practice.
