In a landscape where legal matters can often seem daunting and disconnected from the human experience, Shivangi Prasad and Attreyi Mukherjee succeed in making the subject accessible and, more importantly, compassionate.

Navigating through the pages of this Handbook felt like being guided by a knowledgeable friend who is not only well-versed in the legal intricacies but also deeply committed to creating a safer and more respectful workplace environment.

Pallavi conducted in person and virtual trainings on POSH for our office boys and support staff across India. Her ability to simplify the complex and to share relatable examples, which she customizes to the audience, is commendable. Pallavi also deployed scenario-based learning to get more conversations going on the topic (which is usually not spoken about) to reduce any stigma and fear around it. She was approachable, receptive and engaging as a facilitator. The participants left the training feeling better equipped with respect to their knowledge on the POSH Act, empowered and energized.

I would like to acknowledge your efforts for employee orientation program on POSH, wherein it was easy for employees to complete the e-learning module thereafter. Also, the content and delivery of ICC training by yourself was helpful which added to good understanding by participants of program. Also, there has been a timely support provided by Zeeshan(CRM) and Ajeet(IT) during the e-learning campaign, by resolving employee queries in professional manner.
I take this opportunity to thank The Legal Swan Team for their good efforts during engagement on e-learning and ICC training assignments with us.
