On 15th October 2024, we conducted an engaging Employee Awareness Session in collaboration with the National Commission for Women (NCW) in Noida. The session aimed to educate employees about the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Law and the essential responsibilities employers have in creating a safe and respectful workplace.
Led by Pallavi Poswal, a Psychologist, Trainer, and Chief Quality Officer (Complaint Management System), the session covered:
- Employer duties under the POSH Act, including the formation of Internal Committees and conducting awareness programs.
- Real-life case studies to highlight the practical application of the law.
