The Maharashtra State Commission for Women, in collaboration with Thakur College of Science & Commerce (TCSC), is organizing a one-day workshop titled “PDCA for POSH” on Wednesday, 7th February 2024. This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) framework for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), in alignment with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act.
