We successfully conducted an Employee Orientation Program on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and an IC Capacity Building Session, led by Pallavi Poswal, a Psychologist, Trainer, and Chief Quality Officer (Complaint Management System).
As part of the initiative, employees and IC members also completed the POSH module through our Respekt LMS, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience.

I would like to acknowledge your efforts for employee orientation program on POSH, wherein it was easy for employees to complete the e-learning module thereafter. Also, the content and delivery of ICC training by yourself was helpful which added to good understanding by participants of program. Also, there has been a timely support provided by Zeeshan(CRM) and Ajeet(IT) during the e-learning campaign, by resolving employee queries in professional manner.
